Wine Review: This almost clear colored affordable Sparkling Wine from Pine Ridge opens with lots of small and large bubbles. The bouquet features bread dough and lime with hints of green apple and honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round with frothy bubbles. The flavor profile is Fresca soda with notes of stony minerality and green apple. The finish is off-dry, and its acidity and flavors drifted nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sparkler with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – KWGTP
