Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chenin based wine from Pine Ridge open with a very fragrant peach bouquet with hints of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused grapefruit, lemon and white peach blend with hints of green apple and white pepper mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine is a good value and would pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crisp, bright, and vivacious, CB+V 2017 is an aromatic white blend boasting a bouquet of oroblanco blossoms, honeysuckle, citrus, tropical fruit, and fresh cut green herbs. The bright entry reveals lychee, key lime, white peach, grapefruit, and nectarine flavors. Lemon-lime and balanced acidity carry through the clean, gentle, lingering finish.
