Wine Review: This pale straw colored white wine from Pine Ridge opens with a fragrant grapefruit bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, brisk and refreshing. The flavor profile is a yellow grapefruit with notes of minerality and lemon. I also detected some hints of pineapple towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite a while. This is a nice summer wine to be enjoyed with grilled swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
