Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an attractive mild black cherry bouquet with hints of raspberry, vanilla and mint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, smooth and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black cherry and plum with notes of milk chocolate, coffee and coconut. I also detected hints of minerality and faint oak. The finish is dry and its acidity and moderate polished tannins fade away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with venison stew.
