Wine Review: This almost clear colored wine opens with fragment pear bouquet with hints of peach. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, rather acidic and bright. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of minerality and lychee. I also detected hints of peach towards the end. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors are prolonged for quite a while. This wine would be perfect for the beach on a hot summer day. With food you could serve it with bacon wrapped scallops.
