Wine Review: The straw colored white blend opens with a very fragrant apricot jam and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused peach and green apple blend with hints of grapefruit and tangerine in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This wine paired very nicely with my crispy scallops with sweet potato and bacon hash at Pairing Bistro in Bel Air, Maryland. Enjoy - Ken
