Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford opens with an attractive black raspberry and boysenberry bouquet with hints of black cherry and graphite. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a boysenberry and vanilla-cola blend with notes of refined minerality, black cherry and gentle oak. The finish is dry and moderate fine-grained tannins are nicely prolonged. The Panel would pair this very good Cab with a venison steak or veal chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
