Wine Review: This opaque deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Pina is Excellent! It opens with an inviting black currant bouquet with hints of blackberry and oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well-balanced, rich and round. The flavor profile is very tasty black currant and oak blend with notes of spice, black pepper and black licorice. We also detected some hints of black cherry, black tea and mocha. The finish is dry and its well-managed tannins stick around for quite a while. The Panel would enjoy sipping this impressive Cab by the fireplace. Enjoy – KWGTP
