Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Pina was well liked by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a blueberry and flinty stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant and blueberry blend with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The finish is dry and its well-managed tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Cab with a filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
