Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon is a fruit bomb. It opens with a musty blackberry and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe blackberry jam with notes of blueberry and boysenberry with faint hints of minerality and oak towards the end. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors linger nicely. The fruity Cab would pair well with Emeril's venison stew. Enjoy - Ken
