Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet opens with fragrant black cherry bouquet with a hint of oak, plum and anise. On the palate, this wine is a fruit bomb. It is very flavorful and dense. The flavor profile is an extracted black currant and blackberry with integrated mild oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins are slightly prolonged. The panel really liked this Cab. They suggested pairing it with braised short ribs or veal Oscar. Enjoy - KWGTP
