Wine Review: This translucent and very pale straw-colored Pinot Gris from Oregon opens with a fragrant lime zest and honeysuckle bouquet with hints of white pepper and faint pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, juicy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is mild white grapefruit and saline blend with notes of white pepper and Anjou pear. I also detected a hint of nectarine pit in the aftertaste. The finish is quite refreshing. I would pair this very good value Pinot Gris with a five-star ceviche recipe. Enjoy - Ken
