Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay from Oregon opens with a lemon and green apple bouquet with hints of sea spray. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and creamy and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a lemon and stony minerality blend with notes of dried pineapple and saline. I also detected hints of Anjou pear and white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would enjoy this Chard with broiled scallops and the beach! Enjoy - Ken
