Wine Review: A very nice zesty Italian Pinot Grigio to have on hand for the warmer months ahead. In the glass it has a bright pale straw color, and inviting pineapple, white peach, beeswax, and wet granite aromas. Crisp and dry on the palate, medium bodied, medium acidity, balanced, refreshing and fresh. There are flavors of spiced Bosc pear, pineapple, honeydew, and saline. The finish is dry and is quite long. This versatile quaffer would pair well with tarragon chicken salad on a baguette, while soaking up the sun on your deck. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow in color with light amber tints. The aroma is fruity and floral with notes of banana, pineapple, and wisteria blossoms. This wine is dry with great body and balance. Pair with light seafood, grilled chicken, and delicate cheese.
