Wine Review: This pale yellow colored white blend from Chateauneuf du Pape opens with a fragrant pear like bouquet with a hint of wood and almond. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very impressive Anjou pear with hints of mild minerality and almond with a touch of apple and honey. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This impressive wine would pair perfectly with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
