Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Soave Classico opens with a faint pear and light lemon bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The flavor profile is a saline and lime blend with notes of green apple and chalky minerality. There is a hint of honeydew melon in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. This food friendly Soave would pair well with Chilean sea bass. Enjoy - Ken
