Wine Review: This light yellow colored Soave from Pieropan very nice and versatile. It opens with a lemon-lime bouquet with hints of grapefruit, orange peel and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, super smooth and delicate. The flavor profile is a delicious mild mineral infused green apple with notes of grapefruit. The Panel also detected hints of quince and lemon verbena. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Soave is super food friendly. The Panel suggested pairing it with grilled swordfish kabobs, crab cakes or seafood casserole. Enjoy - KWGTP
