Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with an earthy Old-World bouquet that includes red raspberry, clove, spice and light oak. On the palate, it is medium bodied, smooth and has balanced acidity. The flavor profile is blend of slightly tart cranberries and juicy red raspberries along with hints of strawberries and light oak. The finish is pleasant, dry and fades away nicely. I would recommend pairing this Bourgogne Pinot Noir with a turkey dinner with all the fixings. - Joe
Winemaker Notes: This crowd-pleasing Bourgogne Pinot Noir reveals aromas of earth and spice that mingle with fruit enticing further reflection. The fresh, soft palate is supported by a solid acidity and balanced tannins with notes of strawberry and mushroom that linger on the finish.
