Wine Review: This ruby red colored Pinot Noir opens with a gentle black cherry bouquet with hint of lilac, nutmeg and allspice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is an oak infused tart black cherry. We also detected some black plum, black pepper and cola. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel suggested pairing this Pinot with a salmon burger or stuffed peppers with ground beef and veal. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Brilliant, dark ruby in color with an intoxicating nose of dusty plum, black raspberries, quince, violets, brioche and spice box. The mouth is rich and dynamic with layers of cassis, pomegranate, tea leaves, dark chocolate and a tantalizing acidity that makes this a true temptress.
