Wine Review: This straw-colored Prosecco is displaying brioche, gala apples, and hints of cayenne. On the palate, this wine has a pop of flavor. White flower petals are mixed with red delicious apples, touches of vanilla, chamomile, and the slightest indication of caramelized flavors. The finish is a hint sweeter than anticipated but paired with a nice pork loin, this Prosecco would show well. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Pale straw yellow colored. Fragrant, fresh and easy to drink. Flavors are fruity with notes of apple, apricot and some banana. Long and persistent flavor with a bitter aftertaste. Drink it with ethnic dishes based on fresh fish and rice. It also combines perfectly with vegetable dishes and vegan cuisine.
