Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with a slightly shy pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a soft and gentle pear with a hint of light oak and green apple in the background. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This is a pleasant and affordable Chard that would pair well with a Rachel sandwich. Enjoy- Ken
