Wine Review: This dark ruby colored red blend from Walla Walla is very very good. It opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with hints of oak and cranberry. On the palate, this wine is just full bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild red berry with hints of minerlity, red plum and faint oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite some time. This wine would pair very nicely with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
