Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from the Anderson Valley opens with a faint Anjou pear bouquet with hints of green apple and lime. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied with medium acidity. The flavor profile is a mild mineral influenced lime with notes of mild grapefruit with hints of white pepper. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Sauvignon Blanc with fish n chips or a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: With its rich and generous mouthfeel, our Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in a soft, approachable style. Maturation in oak ovals for six months provides a supple roundness to the wine’s bright acidity and helps to preserve its golden aroma of nectarine and jasmine blossoms. Notes of guava, tarragon and green tea flavors make it a choice pairing with our fresh chevre.
