Wine Review: This dark coral colored wine opens with a pleasant mild strawberry bouquet with hints of faint tangerine and red cherry in the background. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced strawberry and tart clementine blend with hints of cranberry and lime towards the finish. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. Its acidity lingers for an extended period of time, but it does get in the way. This wine is food friendly and would pair nicely with shrimp cocktail. I enjoyed this wine in my new Riedel "Vinum Extreme" Rose glasses. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2015 Rose of Pinot Noir is almost a Blanc de Noir with a delicate hue, rose petal aromatics and strawberry-cinnamon flavors.
