Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored Cabernet opens with fragrant blackberry and black cherry bouquet with a hint of smoke and raisin. On the palate, this wine is a fruit bomb. It is also medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a black raspberry and red currant with notes with hints of oak, raisin and blueberry. The finish is dry and it moderate dusty tannins are lengthy and linger quite some time. This Cabernet would pair perfectly with a thick ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of ripe, dark mulberries, cassis and earth with a touch of Coonawarra mint, followed by a dense palate of medium to full body. Black cherry, mocha and cedar notes dominate with wonderfully fine yet supportive tannins. This wine will gain further complexity with time in the bottle.
