Wine Review: This red plum and pipe tobacco bouquet with hints of black raspberry and cedar. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with nicely integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is soft, smooth, and well-balanced. The profile is a graphite and black plum blend with notes of oolong tea, blackberry, and clove. I also detected hints of black cherry and cedar plank. The finish is rather dry, and its flavors and dusty tannins stick around for a very long time. I would pair this wine with a Brazilian skirt steak with golden garlic butter. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This is a wine bursting out of the glass with fragrance. Picture a big bunch of pink and purple flowers tied up with a strip of raspberry licorice. The palate is generous and juicy. Its creamy texture pushes focus to a luscious cheesecake with a cherry swirl. So delicious and much to love.
