Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Riesling opens with apricot and white grapefruit bouquet with a hint of green apple and nectarine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, beautiful, fresh, and bright. The flavor profile is a very tasty lemon-lime blend with notes white peach and white grapefruit. Hint of integrated chalky minerality. The finish is slightly off-dry and lingers for quite some time before it drifts away. The Tasting Panel would pair this Riesling with seared scallops, raw oysters, or picnic fried chicken.
