Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Pellet opens with a very mild black currant and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, delicate and very smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and black cherry blend with hints of red plum and spice. The finish is dry and its fine-grained tannins drift away nicely. This impressive Napa blend would pair well with a veal chop. Enjoy – Ken
