Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine opens with a white peach and maraschino cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with notes of medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a fine crushed stone and saline blend with notes red plum. I also detected hints of tangerine and white tea in the mix. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine would pair well with scallops wrapped in bacon. Enjoy – Ken
