Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Napa opens with a mild light lemon and gentle quince bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a green apple with notes of nicely integrated minerality and a touch of lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely well after the wine is gone. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with shrimp scampi. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This bright and crisp Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely nose of pineapple, passion fruit, apricot, creme fraiche and lychee. The palate is graceful and polished with notes of creamy lemon tart, peach, and apricot, anchored by a slight minerality.
