Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Pedroncelli opens with a lychee like bouquet with hints of vanilla and lime. On the palate, we found this wine to be light bodied and light in flavor. Those delicate and subtle flavors were lemon, lychee and mandarin orange. They were quite enjoyable and fade away nicely. We would serve this good value Sauvignon Blanc with a filet of sole cooked in butter and lemon. – Karen & Stuart
Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow, brightly aromatic and very varietally correct-true to the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The clean and fresh flavors are layered with pear, Meyer lemon and tropical fruits. Our Sauvignon Blanc is crisp with notes of citrus, green apple, grass and a touch of minerality. The finish is quite refreshing. Please enjoy upon release or within a year or two as no aging is required.
