Wine Review: This Spanish Albarino is a pale white gold color with a very fragrant bouquet showing lime, pineapple, flint and white florals. On the palate, it is refreshing with a round mouthfeel. It is medium-minus bodied with high acidity. There are flavors of a mineral influenced lime, gooseberry and grapefruit. The finish is pretty long, tart and dry. I would suggest pairing with shrimp fajitas. - Mark
