Wine Review: This wine is almost pitch black in color. It opens with a pleasant spicy blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very smooth, and extremely smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious blueberry with hint of black currant and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and it’s managed, but noticeable tannins linger for a very long time. Enjoy this gem with a big juicy porterhouse steak. Cheers – Ken
