Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Syrah opens with spicy mild black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and jammy. The flavor profile is plum with notes of black raspberry and blackberry blended in. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins linger for a little while. This wine would be a very nice match with meat lasagna. Enjoy - Ken
