Wine Review: This opaque and midnight blue colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a fragrant black cherry with notes of blueberry with hints oak and black currant. On the palate this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild blackberry with hints of black currant, boysenberry and faint oak. The finish is dry and its mild flavors and tannins fade away nicely. This wine is food friendly and drinking well now. Filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Dense electric violet in color, this wine excites with aromas of perfectly ripened cassis, tobacco, graphite, and clean gravel after a spring rain. The densely textured palate is generous in flavors of black cherry, lavender, spice, and mineral. It is a wine of excellent focus, energy and tension, with a finish that lasts for over a minute.
