Wine Review: This opaque and onyx colored Cab oozes with very fragrant ripe black raspberry and blackberry jam aromas. On the palate, this wine is juicy, balanced and loaded with extracted fruit. The flavor profile is a ripe black currant and blackberry blend with complex hints of dark chocolate, oak, boysenberry, and plum. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors linger for some time. This Cab is ideal for drinking on its own. Its complex and robust flavors will overwhelm many foods. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Casting aromas of blackberries, currants and subtle spice, this crimson-colored wine is polished and focused. Firm tannins envelope concentrated flavors of black plum, currant and subtle spice; notes of bakers chocolate, vanilla and oak gracefully linger throughout the lengthy finish.
