Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Germany is a very good value. It opens with mild lemon bouquet with touch of tangerine and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty mild apricot with hints of lemon, Oolong tea, and minerality. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Riesling is food friendly and would pair with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
