Wine Review: This versatile Sauvignon Blanc from France is straw colored with yellow flecks in the glass. On the nose, I get a tropical bouquet of pineapple, banana and dried grass. On the palate, it is bright, round and balanced with a medium body and medium plus acidity. The flavor profile is pineapple, banana, lychee and nicely integrated minerality. The finish is long and has some clean citrus notes. This Sauvignon Blanc is very food friendly and would go well with shrimp scampi. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Light lemon yellow colored. Soft, subtle aromas of lime and cantaloupe with a whiff of minerality. Palate displays Greengage plum, kiwi, and citrus flavors with vibrant acidity and interesting minerality. Perfect accompaniment for oysters, seafood & goat cheeses.
