Wine Review: This straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Yountville opens with a very fragrant ruby grapefruit and gooseberry bouquet with hints of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, round, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is yellow grapefruit and lime blend with notes of tonic water and nectarine pit. I also detected a touch of asparagus just before the end. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely extended. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with a chilled crab cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lemon/lime and honeysuckle with a touch of vanilla and tropical notes. Lime zest and juicy acidity, ripe flavors linger on the palate. Finishes with a charming touch of nutmeg. I think this wine will speak for itself!
