Wine Review: This orangish pink colored wine from Patent is very good. It opens with a strawberry and nectarine bouquet with hints of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very smooth, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is nectarine and tangerine blend with notes of saline and ruby grapefruit. I also detected hints of white pepper, lime zest, and chalky minerality. Its flavors and acidity drift away nicely on the finish. I would pair this Rosé with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The wine shows a nice pink color and has a rich comfortable hue. Floral nose, flawless in its purity. This wine captures the draw of Cabernet Sauvignon grape at its core. Very smooth, with bright and round acidity; and fully mouth-coating. It displays lush, ripe, and fruit driven flavors with deep blue and red berries. Long finish, with subtle rich tannins. One of a kind! Sorry we did not produce more!
