Wine Review: This warm gold colored Chardonnay from Argentina opens with a nice nose of baked caramel apple, pear, mango, and pineapple with some hints of toasted oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is crisp and lively, yet creamy. The flavor profile is a Granny Smith apple and pear blend with notes of pleasant mouthwatering minerality. The finish lingers nicely. This is a Sauvignon Blanc lovers Chardonnay. We would serve this refreshing Chard with baked Dover sole or with Spanish mussels in a sailor’s sauce. - Karen & Stuart

Winemaker Notes: Easy-drinking Pascual Toso Estate Chardonnay carries aromas of ripe green apple, pineapple, and mango. The palate is fresh, with great acidity.
