Wine Review: This ink red colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an inviting earthy, blackberry, plum, black raspberry, and oak bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, juicy, and dry with balanced acidity and tannins. The flavor profile is a bright red raspberry, light plum, black tea, and oak blend. The pleasant dry tannin finish lingers nicely. This versatile Cabernet Sauvignon is food friendly.
