Wine Review: This cloudy and deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant and cola bouquet with hints of plum and fig. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with mild acidity. It is also soft, gentle, and silky smooth. The flavor profile is a graphite and black currant blend with notes of dried cranberry, oak, and red plum. We also detected hints of cinnamon and black tea. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins stick around for a very long time. The Panel would pair this Cab with lamb lollipops, a dry-aged ribeye, or a charcuterie platter. Enjoy – KWGTP
