Wine Review: This light straw-colored Chardonnay is opens with a crisp melon, cantaloupe and vanilla bouquet. It also included hints of butterscotch and a touch of oak. The medium bodied palate is tangy and crisp with a flavor profile featuring grapefruit and lemon with traces of pineapples and apricots. The wine has decent balance with slightly elevated acidity. The finish has citrus elements and is slightly dry. I would pair this Chardonnay from Argentina with butternut squash soup. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Crisp and only slightly oaked, this 2017 Estate Chardonnay boasts aromas of ripe green apple, pineapple and mango. With fresh racy acidity, it has an equally nice toast with a very nice lingering finish. This Chardonnay pairs well with poultry in delicate sauces and risotto.
