Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Parducci opens with a very pleasant nose. We detected scents of lychee, green apple and pear. On the palate, it is light bodied, well balanced and displays fresh, crisp acidity. The flavor profile is pear and gentle minerality with some white grapefruit mixed in. This is a good summer sipper. We would pair this refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with grilled swordfish accompanied by a mango salsa. – Stuart and Karen
