Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from Napa Valley opens with a watermelon, orange peel and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, crisp. and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a stony minerality, watermelon, and lime blend with notes of mild pink grapefruit and white peach pit. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. This Rose would pair nicely with cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto. Enjoy - Ken
