Wine Review: This pale straw-colored white blend opens with a mild lychee and jasmine bouquet with hints of coconut Life Savors, and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and bright. The flavor profile is a tasty lychee with notes of white pepper, crushed stone, and lemon. We also detected hints of white peach, almond paste, and green tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this white blend with Thai rolls, Florida jumbo stone crabs, or with linguini with white clam sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This sleek and enticing wine draws you in with fascinating aromas of ginger, peach, rose petals, exotic spice and wet stone minerality. Though steely and acid-driven, a lovely textural undercurrent adds weight and polish to the tangerine and orchard fruit flavors that linger on the long, focused finish.
