Wine Review: This dark coral colored wine opens with a dried strawberry and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and bright. The flavor profile is a stony minerality, watermelon, and lime blend with notes of white tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. I would serve this Rose slightly chilled with grilled shrimp on a hot day. Enjoy – Ken
