Wine Review: This translucent and pale straw-colored Viognier based blend from Napa opens with a mild lime and white peach pit bouquet with a hint of pink grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, very smooth, seamless, and soft. The flavor profile is a slightly tart white peach, white pepper, and tangerine blend with notes of crushed stone minerality. There are hints of pink grapefruit, cinnamon, and lime zest in the aftertaste. The finish is pleasant and fades away nicely. This very nice wine would pair well with chicken satay. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This inviting white blend displays lavish aromas of honeysuckle, pineapple, passionfruit, nectarine, and lemon zest. On the palate an undercurrent of creamy richness adds length and lushness to the tropical and stone fruit flavors, while a beam of energetic acidity brings poise to lingering notes of white peach and honeycrisp apple.
