Wine Review: This dark red colored kitchen sink blend from Paraduxx is mainly made from Cabernet Sauvignon, but definitely reminds me of a Zinfandel. It opens with a fragrant marionberry and black tea bouquet with hints of mocha and violets. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The flavor profile is a red currant and marionberry blend with notes of cedar and cinnamon tea. I also detected some hints of stone dust and licorice. The finish is dry, and its polished dusty tannins linger and last for quite some time. I would pair this red blend with braised short ribs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The Paraduxx Proprietary Red Wine is a bold and expressive blend crafted to satisfy the modern palate. This alluring Cabernet Sauvignon-driven blend draws you in with luxurious aromas of ripe red berries, cassis, violet, leather and cocoa powder. On the palate, the entry is silky and concentrated, with supple elegant tannins framing the rich, red fruit flavors as they build to a long-lasting finish with hints of savory spice.
